Hi, my name is Dr. Jim Tillotson and I am raising funds to help Andy and Robyn with expenses. Robyn wrote this:

An update like this is not one I would ever expect to give at this time in my life. But God had this time in my life earlier, not later than I would have planned. It’s been a week, and actually much longer, of very difficult decisions, but the time has come to stop further cancer treatments on my body. I am not responding well to them, my body is not recovering, and the cancer is spreading rapidly and aggressively. My doctors are in agreement that the best course of action from here is for me to transfer to comfort and pain management.

I moved to a hospice house in Des Moines yesterday where they can give me the round the clock care that I will need going forward. It is a very comfortable place and the staff has been so helpful and kind to our family already.
