Andy Gelfert

Dear Colleagues,

Our dear friend, and colleague, Andy Gelfert, is in the fight of his life. We have his permission to share with you that he is currently battling Pancreatic Cancer. Some of you may know that this is a very aggressive form of cancer, but Andy and his family have shown tremendous faith and strength in facing this life challenge. As people who know, respect, and love Andy, we want to support him and his family in this fight as best we can. We are asking the EOB family to give to this GoFundMe effort so that we can help make things a little more manageable for Andy’s wife and children as they walk with him through every doctor's appointment, every round of chemo, and every other difficult moment that this type of challenge brings. The hope is to give his family the flexibility to pay for meals after long trips to the hospital, maintain their home, or take care of any incidentals. If Andy were here now, he would only solicit your prayers according to your faith, which I am sure we all will do, but there is a day-in and day-out load that we, his Commission family, can help make a little lighter.
