Help Andy Make History @ the Powerlifting World Championship

My name is Andy Cabindol, and I am delighted to share that I have been chosen to represent Team USA at the inaugural FISU Powerlifting University World Championships. This major event is scheduled to take place in Tartu, Estonia, from July 22 to 26, 2024.
It is a huge honor to be selected as only 32 student athletes in the nation receive an invitation.
To qualify, I recently competed at the Powerlifting America University Nationals in Reno, Nevada, where I placed in the men's 66kg weight class with a qualifying total of 1267 lbs. Most notably, I have set an “unofficial” FISU world record on bench press at 325 lbs - a feat I hope to make official at the World Championships. Having my name cemented in the record books would be the ultimate achievement as a powerlifter.
However, to perform my best on the platform, I will need your support. Competing on a global stage requires more than just individual effort - it demands a strategic partnership. This is why I prefer the presence of my coach, Nick Lin. He plays a pivotal role in strategizing my lifts and making the best attempt selections, which is critical in my journey towards becoming a World Champion.
Representing the country is a privilege that I take very seriously, and I am fully committed to giving it my all to make YOU & USA proud. I am determined to succeed in every lift in the championships, aiming to win for Team USA.
Here's the breakdown of our funding goal:
Hotel Accommodations: $340 for me and my coach = $680
Flights: $1,200 for me + $1,200 for my coach = $2,400
Competition Registration: $740
Total Funding Goal: $3,820
Your donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to representing Team USA. Thank you for considering to support our journey to the FISU Powerlifting University World Championships.
Thank you,
Andy
