Andy & Tara Grundman’s Fire Loss

We recently lost our shop and rental property due to a fire that started on the neighboring property. We lost customer’s vehicles, our own personal collector cars, snowmobiles, 4 wheelers, golf carts, a lot of personal belongings, tools, all of our wedding memories, and some of our kids items.  Andy has put his heart and soul into this property to get it up and running, and he has helped multiple customer in a pinch with working payment plans out with mechanical work he did so they wouldn't be left stranded without a vehicle. He had some of the best pricing in town for his customers, because he loved helping everyone and loved working on vehicles in his past time. Andy and myself have worked our tails off for the things we owned; all to give my children the best life possible and for something for them to look forward to when they received their drivers license. We do have insurance, and it seems as though the insurance companies will be fighting this out, but this has taken away part of Andy’s income that we relied on and is still responsible for the mortgage payment on the property which he is no longer able to use for its intended purpose. We NEVER ask for help, but this time we have no other option. Andy just recently sold his house and are in the process of remodeling and packing up my house to sell, so there was an abundance of our personal items and childrens items stored in these buildings.
