Angel of Hope Statue for Kaysville Cemetery

As some of you may know, we lost our daughter Lola in a tragic accident in late 2021. Shortly after her passing, we were introduced to the Christmas Box story and ultimately the Angel of Hope Statue.

In the story, an elderly woman mourns the death of her young daughter by making regular trips to the child’s grave, which is marked with an angel statue-The Angel of Hope. The statue evokes a profound and miraculous connection between mother and child and helps convey valuable lessons about the true meaning of life to others. This simple story has brought hope to thousands of parents who have endured the death of a child.

We hope by bringing this statue to the Kaysville Cemetery, it will stand as a beacon of comfort and solace for grieving parents and anyone who has lost a significant person in their life. It will remind us that even in the darkest times, there is a glimmer of hope that shines through.

Every year on December 6, we plan to hold a vigil at the cemetery. A similar vigil is held on the same date and time at every other Angel of Hope Statue throughout the world. This gathering will provide a place of solace during the challenging holiday season, offering support and understanding to those who are navigating grief.
