Hi, my name is Katrina and my mother recently has been diagnosed breast cancer.

I know everyone says they have the best and strongest mom ever. I have to say they are wrong, my mom is the goat. She was raised in homes until she was adopted. Gave birth to me and my three siblings. Homeschooled us. Taught me everything I know about being a good strong woman. If I could be even half the woman she is today, I’d be proud. She’s an angel who’s always sacrificed herself to take care of those around her. It’s time she receives back some of the love and support she always readily gives to others. She starts chemo in one week and I want to her to have the best dang wig ever. She’s most concerned about anyone seeing all the scars on her head. (She had 8 staples in her skull from when she was walking with me as a child in Chicago and she fell on the ice to save me from falling.)

I want to make her feel more beautiful than she ever has during this time. So I’m asking for a little help from the community to make this happen. Any donation helps.
