Please help Angela King with her medical expenses

Hi, I would first like to thank everyone in advance for taking the time to hear about Angela’s journey so far.

For the past year Angela has been dealing with some significant back pain. After seeking medical advice for her back pain the doctor ordered a MRI in August 2023. Not only did the MRI show significant degenerative disease in her spine it also picked up some abnormal findings in and around her abdominal area. Needless to say that’s when all the doctors and testing came in. Multiple CT’s, MRI’s, ultrasounds, X-rays, and lab tests. Specialist after specialist. They unfortunately had to do emergency surgery on December 5th to remove a very diseased appendix. Unfortunately when she went for her follow up appointment for her results the worst possible diagnosis was given…LAMN in not so technical terms she was told she has Appendix Cancer and it has unfortunately spread to other areas in her abdominal cavity. She has a very long road ahead as this is just the beginning of her journey!!!

As everyone who knows her knows she would do anything for anyone at any time! I am asking everyone that is able too please help her ❤️ she is overwhelmed with medical expenses already and has had to miss much work due to all her medical appointments.

As I mentioned briefly this is just the beginning of her journey…she has a great team of doctors now at University of Chicago and we are waiting patiently for the next steps after her procedure on March 1st. I will continue to keep everyone updated and again I can’t thank you enough from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to wish her fast healing and health!
