Angela Shaffer

Angie's doctors now confirm that she has stage 3 colon cancer with a prognosis of "beatable." She has a long road ahead, but has an incredible support network, which includes her family, her church, her students, and the music community.

We have showed our love to Angie through our words, our prayers, and by meeting and exceeding our initial fundraising goal. I can assure you that Angie felt every well wish, and prayer, and she appreciates the peace of mind afforded by your fiscal generosity.

That said, we now know she has a very high deductible and a $15,000 max out of pocket. Please give our beautiful friend the freedom to fight for her health without the burden of financial worry. Contribute according to your ability, keeping in mind how we all have benefitted from Angie's friendship, compassion, and jovial laugh...which I can tell you first hand has not lost any volume.
