6 kids: 2 life threatening diseases

Hi my name is Angela  and I am a single mother of six children. Five girls and one boy. Two of my six have life threatening disaeases. My only son (Joshua) has Cystic Fibrosis and requires around the clock care. It is a disease that effects the respiratory and digestive system and there is no cure. He is two years old and has been hospitalized 12 times.  Joshua is also on a feeding tube with about 11 medications given multiple times throughout a 24 hr period including respiratory treatments and a vest machine that is used for his lung therapy. My 11 year old (Alea) suffers from Poly Cystic Kidney Disease which is a disease that effects the kidneys and are covered  with cysts. There is no cure for this as well. She is doing well at this time. I have been unable to work and had to stop going to school in order to care for my son, and because of this I have hit the biggest financial down fall of my life and now I need help to get back on my feet. We do not have a car so I am unable to get to Dr. appt.s alot of the time. We need new housing ASAP . Where we are living has several roaches and for those that do not know Roaches have a detrimental effect on those with respiratory issues.  Joshua should be aloud  to live a long full life for the expectancy of a person with C.F and not have it cut short because of a problem that  we moved in with. try as we might we cannot get rid of them. I now have a nurse in our home to care for my son and am striving to do what it takes to get our lives back. This money will help get us a car, pay for medical bills not covered by insurance and help get me on the road to changing my children's lives. I want to go back to work and school where I was studying to be a criminal prosecuting attorney. I want nothing more than to  fulfill that dream of mine that I have had since I was little. I do not want to struggle, or stress out  and worry about how I am going to pay the rent, or electric or even put food on the table. Nevermind that my kids have not had a birthday in two years or barely a christmas. Let alone the nessesary things like clothing, shoes, boots for winter and so on. I cant go on like this. It has consumed me with heartache and pain, with sorrow that is so unimaginable that I have become so  lost in sadness and pain that it has taken over my life. I do not want to cry anymore, I do not want to feel like a failure to my kids because I have not been able to do things or get the things they need. I have now reached that moment of sheer determintion to change our lives for the better. My kids deserve to live happily for the time that they are here. I do not want them to live this life of extreme poverty not when with the help and love of others we can change that. I am not looking for a hand out but a hand up. I realize that I cannot do this alone and need help to get us on the road to a better life. I just need help out of this financial mess that I am in and from there I can stand on solid ground. I need help asap with, housing, rent, electric (without electric my son will be unable to get his feedings his respiratory treatments or his therapy because they are all run by machine), getting a car,to get my kids to and from the Dr. and to and from work. I am going  to change things and make things right for myself and my children. One miracle at a time. Thank you so much and may God Bless!!!
