Angelica May’s uncovered Breast Cancer expenses

My name is Allyson and I am Angelica May’s close friend and co-teacher. Angelica recently noticed a small lump in her breast and after having it examined, she learned that she has Stage 2 Triple Negative Breast Cancer, at the young age of 26. This type of cancer is very aggressive and fast moving. It is a hereditary cancer that she unfortunately developed. Angelica will have to undergo an intense chemotherapy treatment plan, as well as surgery and a possible mastectomy. Before this treatment starts at the beginning of October, Angelica needs to have her eggs frozen so that she can hopefully have kids at some point in the future. Unfortunately, a lot of the treatment and the fertility procedures are already not being covered by her insurance. Any money raised will be used to help pay any uncovered medical bills, as well as help cover the many days Angelica will have to miss work while she is in treatment.
