ANGELS FOR STACEY

If you know Stacey Willoughby-Martin, then you've undoubtedly heard her say "God is bigger than cancer". Stacey is fighting the battle of a lifetime. She always demonstrates the true meaning of determination and lives each day with a remarkable faith in God.
In 2009, Stacey was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. After undergoing a mastectomy, radiation and countless chemotherapy treatments, the cancer went into remission. Then, in 2010 the cancer returned in a more aggressive, mutated form and metastasized to her liver. The prognosis given was a short 6 months, but she beat those odds. In 2013, she suddenly lost her dearly loved mother, Anita Willoughby, to a rare form of brain cancer.
Stacey combats her pain on a daily basis, never uttering a word of complaint. Her unparalleled courage often makes it easy for us to forget about her constant fight against cancer. She proclaims her strength comes from God and gives Him ALL of the glory. Together, with the support of her friends, family and her oncologist, Dr. Anthony Stephens (a born-again Christian who also shares Stacey's faith), she continues to bravely forge ahead.
For the last six years, with her boundless strength and unwavering faith in God, she has continued to endure; but, her body is again under attack. Though her illness is taking a toll on her, she never ceases to be a loving mother and true friend, even on her hardest days. She has made many friends and supported them wholeheartedly in their fight for survival. Now, as Stacey faces the hardest time of her life, we must rally around her. Stacey has touched many lives through her testimony of faith, her positive outlook and her incredible strength. Her outlook on life is an inspiration to everyone she meets, including the employees, nurses and other patients she has come to know at Oncology Hematology Associates in Newburgh, IN.
Stacey must devote every ounce of her energy and strength to combat this terrible sickness. Please show your love and support by contributing to this fund, which will assist Stacey and her three beautiful children, Caleb, Joshua and Rebekah, as they struggle to maintain the mounting medical and household expenses that represent her illness.
