Angie Hernandez's Gifts of the Magi Celebration

Please lend your contribution to the legacy of the Loisaida neighborhood by donating to Angie Hernandez's Three King's Celebration! This is a yearly event that celebrates diversity and the spirit of kindess through gift giving. This year we will be providing gifts for children in our underserved communities and pantry food bags filled with all sorts of goodies families.

Your donation will go toward providing stipends for musicians, actors and materials for costumes. In addition, food, beverage and transportation for the artists and volunteers.

This production is celebrating the legacy of the arts movement on the lower east side. And is also uplifting a cultural movement started by our muse and inspiration, Angie Hernandez. Angie's interpretation of the Epiphany, Los Treyes Reyes or Three Kings story is a celebration of giving and rejoicing in the glory of spirit and goodness in humanity.

Loisaida Magi is a team of community organizations and volunteers who unite yearly to secure the rich Puerto Rican cultural legacy of Angie Hernandez and support her goal to provide gifts, food, and a positive experience by retelling a culturally relevant story. Every year we provide food vouchers and presents for the children and families of Loisaida who need it the most. This year we dearly need your help in continuing our mission.
