Please Help Rev Estime's Anglican Mission in Haiti
Donation protected
I am Rev. Estimé Frader. Episcopal/Anglican priest who used to serve as associate at All Saints Episcopal Church of Chicago when I was a student at Bexley-Seabury Seminary.
I returned to Haiti last year hoping to incardinate in the Diocese of Haiti. This will take time while they figure out their internal crisis.
Meanwhile, I have been doing private ministry here but now I feel the call to formally gather the congregation around the table of our Lord. Hence, we are renting a former conference center turned into apartments to momentarily gather around 100 people with 5 rooms we would use as follows: 1 sachristy, 1 office, 1 family room, 1 guest room, and 1 class room with the bar as a bonus.
The cost for yearly rent is $3500. We estimate $1500 for furniture and accessories as a start for a total of $5000.
We will have morning/evening prayers 5 times a week; the Holy Eucharist on Sundays and Wednesdays. Anglican Studies on Thursdays and Fridays. Bible Study on Saturday; English and Spanish as a second language for disadvantaged kids Tuesday through Friday in the afternoon. Confession on demand.
We will provide a collation/agapè mostly every day to the kids
. Sunday will always be a party.
Please, help us bring the presence of the Episcopal/Anglican Church in this corner of the world. God will continue blessing you.
Amen!
