My name is Anita. I’m 60 and married to the best friend and man I’ve ever known. I’ve been on a journey, parts very, very difficult but some so perfect and beautiful they really do make it worth surviving the hardships

I have had mental health issues all of my life. I’ve been on practically everything they offer trying fix me only to finally face the fact that “I” need to fix me, not meds.

Long story short, while coming to this life changing conclusion, my body has decided to give me some trouble now, too. I’ve been battling some thyroid issues for a year and have been in the er 4 times. My hubby has missed 5 weeks of work to take care of me.

As the test results come in and we continue to wait, I’m hoping there are some understanding andgiving people out there that see our slightly dimmed lights. Yes we have accumulated thousands in medical bills and yes we keep getting more and more behind on everything else.

I don’t like doing this but I feel like there really are kind people out there…somewhere Love-Peace-Light to All
