Anita Prentice has a detached retina in Barcelona

Anita Prentice needs our help! A detached retina on the last leg of a European trip has her recovering from 9/28/22 eye surgery in Barcelona. She cannot fly home for at least a month due to a bubble inserted during the surgery that needs to be absorbed by her body before she can get on an airplane - or risk her sight.

Luckily one of her travel companions has been able to juggle her life to stay and take care of her, so she is not alone. She has the unexpected expenses of eye surgery, follow-up care, and living expenses for the month she has to stay in Barcelona - flat on her stomach. No fun will be had.
