Help Replace Moms Burned Wheelchair

Anita Avila was in her wheelchair when it caught on fire last week. Her daughter saved her but her chair is ruined.  She has a debilitating form of arthritis and can't use her hands to control a normal wheelchair.  She has been in a wheelchair since spine surgery and a fall in the kitchen and had to have one of her legs amputated.  She borrowed $500 to buy a wheelchair that does not fit her body and needs a custom wheelchair.  She is not eligible for a new wheelchair through Medical until November 2016. It will only cost $1000 to get her burned wheelchair fixed.  Your help is greatly appreciated.
