ANMDA - URGENT FUND RAISER
Donation protected
UPDATE ON 16TH MAY
-------------------------------
Thank you to all that have donated so far.
Many questions came up and request was put in to show exactly where the funds would go. ANMDA spent last few days doing extensive research and found Karnali to be in a very bad state. ANMDA executives have spent time with Karnali Mayor, Hospital Doctors and paramedics on the ground to work out what is really needed. We will be channeling our funding now towards Karnali Province.

ANMDA FUND-RAISER FOR COVID 19 MITIGATION IN NEPAL 21
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nepal is going through a second wave of COVID-19 virus. Unlike the first wave observed last year, the second wave has turned out to be more infectious and dangerous. There are scarcity of medical goods including lack of hospital beds and oxygen.
More people have been infected badly and many of them have required bottled oxygen for survival. Many patients are struggling to get oxygen as demand for it has been rising in Nepal as more and more hospitalised COVID-19 patients are in need of oxygen. We are seeing unprecedented loss of lives.
ANMDA is working to send oxygen concentrators each costing approx. AUD 300. The organisation will work with a medical Alliance team formed on the ground to deliver these concentrators to areas of need identified by the team including regional and border towns in Nepal.
Please donate generously. Your single dollar will save lives in Nepal.
