Need Hip Replaced October 2015

I learned that my father had developed Dementia due to a bypass surgery when plaque from his surgery floated to his brain. I had to be back home after2 years in Nevada after being moved there by my boss here in Brookings, Oregon. As I packed my things and left all belongings behind for a friend to sell and keep the proceeds in 2008, save some precious momentos and clothing and my newly acquired rescue dog (Elvis), I began my return home where the only two people left in my family are living. As I walked through the airport, I hear a very loud tearing sound. I thought it came from around me but the airport was packed and loud so I knew it was inside of me. I decided it would be nothing and over the next four years, my torn cartlage in my left hip would deteriorate to nothing and I am bone-on-bone. Jobs in Brookings were not only scarce but a minimum wage is more often the case than not unless you can work in the medical or the Pelican Bay Prison. I spent 3 years helping my mom keep her home on a social security income by living in her living room, which did not allow me to save. I then acquired a minimum wage job selling wireless products and finally I was blessed with a job in the medical field in medical records at the clinic here - I am still a per diem and will not have any paid time off available to me.
They say a hip breaks and then you fall; you do not fall and then break your hip. I was diagnosed 13 months ago, and I was told I could "potentially" wait as long as 24 months before surgery. I WILL be hired soon but I will not be able to have enough paid time off to sustain my monthly bills and the deductible for the operation.
I live in a meager manufactured home I was able to get for around $3,000 two years ago, and I no longer have savings. I need help so I can keep my job, keep my home, and have a better quality of life. My pain level is generally a 9 and I have a very bad gait at this point. I am too young to give up and I do not wish to live off of the goverment. So I am forced to plead to those of you who can provide me with this income. even if 6,000 people only give $1 over the next 5 or 6 months, I will be able to take care of this.
I thank all of you in advance for your gift of quality of life. I work very hard and simply do not want to lose all that I have worked for. It is too cold to be homeless here. :)
