Anna's last wish trip!

I am a 39 yr old who has had a heart transplant. Due to stage 5 terminal kidney failure, liver failure, and chf again I am on hospice. My last wish before I go, is to go to the Tennessee mountains. I have not been on a vacation or traveled in over 17 yrs due to my medical issues. I do have to have a caregiver go and hope to have one more person go as a back up. My medical team will be making the arrangements for me to do my dialysis treatments in Tennessee close to where I will be staying. I am hoping to do all this at the end of August. I am hoping to be able to stay a wk. With wanting to go to dolly wood and other entertainment things as well as just spend time with the local people and terrain. Expenses will be gas, food, lodging, entertainment, and lodging for my dog unless I take him since he is my service dog but I am not sure how he would do since he is still young. My money situation is not great due to being on disability so long. Any help is appreciated very much. I would love to mark this off my bucket list. Also anything left over will be going toward my funeral and burial expenses.
