Anne Lilian Austen: A Befitting Goodbye
Donation protected
*UPDATE*
Please see updated save the date flyer. Just to clarify, the family have covered the funeral parlor costs, but there has been no provision for the meaningful extras such as; flowers, funeral orders, or anything presentational that would make it visibly our Anne.
This fund is for, ideally, the lettering 'MUM' and hopefully a bouquet or wreath in addition. As it stands, we are sadly lacking any of the usual flourishes that, just at a very modest level, would really make the difference to the family.
Should there be any extra, there will be a donation made, in Anne's name, to Great Ormand Street hospital, which held the family as one, many years ago now, when times were previously challenging.
Any questions, please post on the comment section below. We are only just managing to get around this website!
With love and thanks

I'm very sorry to share the sad news that my mother, Anne Lillian Austin, left us on August 10th after a short illness.
Apologies for the late notice, but we have now settled the date of October 4th for a short, but personal, celebration of life.
As per her wishes, Anne will be put to rest at: Islington Crematorium, 10am 04 October.
The service: for which she has made provision, will be simple in structure - but full of love. The aesthetic is akin.
With a view to keeping modest/sensible, should you wish to contribute towards flowers, or other frivolities the family would highly appreciate but cannot necessitate, then we suggest plans, and any possible group assemblances, be discussed here (below) to negate waste.
Any songs, words, memories or other, that anyone may wishe to share on the day, please post details below and the family will be more than happy to ytry to accommodate .
With love
Flowers
It's £50 a letter so we're aiming for 'Mum' over 'Anne' etc. So £150 for the words.
On top of this, a big bouquet for the coffin would be about all the (tbc /Lyle) pallbearer(s) could be expected to manage. Then we were thinking of sorting a load of single stems of carnations to offer per person.
We will have a room at The Park Inn, Palace Gates Rd, so a couple of quid for the bar and some nibbles would do it nicely.
Sorry about rush, need to ideally sort and pay up for these extras by Wed. I have to settle the main bits on Monday but I think I've got that covered. If you guys could make it pretty and fun I would be really happy. Cheers
