Annelise's Next Steps

Aloha,

If you found my page you probably already know that I'm Annelise. I work at Pacific Whale Foundation and was trapped in the Lahaina fire this Tuesday. I lost my house, pet, car, nextdoor neighbor, countless other town residents, and my entire towns infrastructure . I wanted to start this page because of the requests of freinds desperate to help. I want to strongly reiterate that I while unfortunate in this circumstance that I am lucky to have a family caring for me. Please feel free to contribute instead to other local charities or to http://www.pwfrelief.org/ to impact my whole staff. I will recover from this easier than some in this community so please feel free to point support other directions instead, but Ive been asked to leave this as an option for friends and family who desired it. Thank you to everyone who has found and donated through venmo. It was a surprise to wake up to today and it means the world to have so many people across the world invested in my wellbeing in this hard time. I love you all tremendously.
