Annette Carpenter fighting cancer

Dear Friends & Family,                 We are starting this GoFundMe in honor of our dear mother,sister,wife,grandma and friend Annette Carpenter and her amazing family. For any of you that may not know, Annette suffered a massive stroke back in May of 2019 and just recently has been diagnosed with colon cancer that has spread to her liver. Annette had lost all movement on her right side, has had several complications, two lung aspirations, three infections of pneumonia and recently a septic infection, she has regained some movement on her right side and has recovered from her complications and is now working on building her strength to under go chemotherapy. As you can imagine, this has been an incredibly traumatic experience and will continue to be an uphill battle for Annette.  Annette, as you all know, is one of the most genuine, goodhearted,loving and caring woman you'll ever meet. As utterly terrifying as the past few months have been, Annettes strength and positive attitude through this incredibly trying time have proven unwavering. We are all so proud of Annette, her resilience will undoubtedly pull her through this nightmare. There is no definitive timetable for  Annettes progress since cancer and the stroke injuries are so complex and sensitive, but she is determined to remain in good spirits and work hard to regain her strength and mobility in her legs. We are all hoping and praying for his recovery! We set up this GoFundMe page as a communication platform to ensure we keep all of Annette's wonderful friends and family up to date on her status and progress. As you can imagine, the Carpenter family has incurred significant medical expenses during this process and will incur more expenses for her future treatments and rehabilitation, so any donations towards Annette's recovery are so greatly appreciated. If you are unable to donate, prayers and good vibes are just as important! The Carpenter family thanks the many friends and family who have reached out to support Annette through this difficult time. The outpouring of love and encouragement has been overwhelmingly touching and instrumental in aiding Annette's battle to get as healthy as possible!
