Annette Eastman

Please allow me introduce you to Annette Eastman. She has diligently worked assisting people with disabilities and mental health issues receive housing and Socail Security disability for over 10 years until 2021 when she diagnosed with tongue and lymph node cancer. She has undergone a surgery on her tongue and having a G-tube placed.

She is the sole provider for her grandson after her daughter's tragic passing. She is having great difficulties maintaining her household due to her FMLA ending after 5 months of chemo and radiation treatments. The daily trips to Tucson for continued treatment only add to her financial difficulties.
