Annie Elizabeth Neuneker-Liles

Today the Neuneker family mourns the loss of Annie Elizabeth Neuneker-Liles, a beautiful, kind, and loving soul. Annie was an amazing mother, sister, daughter, and aunt. She is survived by her two children: Her daughter Laini Gallegos - strong willed and sweet,

and son Jayden Liles- rambunctious and full of life. Laini is a senior in high school at Pateros High School who loves to play basketball, just like her mother. Laini aspires to keep her mother in her heart by furthering her education and playing college basketball. Jayden is 13 and goes to Chelan Middle School. He loves playing video games, basketball, and pestering his cousins. They both have bright futures and are very smart. Annie’s children love their mother deeply and will greatly miss her.

Annie loved her kids more than anything. Her kids were her biggest inspiration. The Neuneker family will greatly miss her bubbly personality and caring nature. Everyone that had the opportunity to know her would say that she was a very kind, loving, and amazing person. She was the one that made the whole family laugh. Annie always knew how to put a smile on your face.

In her life, Annie was diligent and hardworking, determined to put her all into everything she did. As a teacher in the Okanogan school district, Annie made an impact on all of the student she taught. Annie was the third out of four siblings born to John and Lori Neuneker. Her siblings, Michelle Neuneker, John Neuneker JR., and Matthew Neuneker, mourn her greatly. Annie was the Aunt to Tony, Austin, Asher, Amika, Isabella, and Edison, who will always remember her love for them.

Unfortunately, we lost Annie today on December 3rd at 8:19am. She went into cardiac arrest on December 1st, and although the doctors were able to restart her heart, there was no sign of life and she was declared brain dead. Thankfully she is an organ donor and has a very high chance to save many lives. We all appreciate your time in hearing her story and would appreciate any donations. The funds will support the Neuneker family in memorial services for Annie and for both Laini and Jayden’s future.
