Annie's Glioblastoma Battle

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit annies page! Annie is a special lady to many many people, especially her loving, sweet, absolutely gorgeous daughters Nora and Charley. She was suffering unbearingly painful migraines to the point where she couldn't even pick up her baby girl without being in pain. The ER performed a CT scan and discovered a large mass on the front right of her brain. Not knowing much of anything, they transfer annie to RWJ Hospital in New brunswick NJ, where we encountered some of the most professional and amazing doctors/nurses we could've ever imagined. They explained to us that they will be performing surgery to remove the tumor on Monday 5/21/18 at 7:30am. We sent her off with her amazing surgical team and the surgery went very smooth, but as anyone will know, any type of brain surgery leaves you with a long road to recovery. Annies wonderful partner and father to their babies, Matthew, has been taking time off of work to care for their 18 month and soon to be 7 year old, which is not easy when you're also so anxiously hoping and praying for Annie. As we all know, life moves quick and bills add up quicker than we can manage. From incoming medical bills, to simply caring for themselves and their children. All of their time needs to be focused on making sure annie recovers at her own pace, without worrying about how long they can financially stand without a check coming every week.
