Let's get Annie to the Mayo clinic!

Hi everyone!
I am having some medical issues. The first being psoriatic arthritis and the second is primary biliary cirrhosis. They are both complicated. And I would love a team of professionals to do a full work up on me and try and figure out what's wrong and come up with a treatment plan.
After researching hosptials in New York and other places in the country. I have chosen the Mayo clinic. They have accepted me as a patient and have an appointment on 12/7/15 at 10am. This will be outpatient appointments. Unless something changes. Due to my illness I had to stop working in social work field. This has put a huge financial strain on my family. I had to put my pride aside and say that I can't do this alone and that I need help with the air faire and hotel to get to the Mayo clinic. The hospital told me I need to book at the bare minimum a week. I have found a hotel that has a Mayo clinic rate of $99.00 a night. And I am still researching airlines for best rates. I plan on going by myself and trying to make this trip the most productive with no frills. I am thinking of a goal between $1500-$2000 would be more than sufficient.
I am not sure what else to say except thank you in advance for anything you are able to donate. It won't be in vain. I want my life back and you can help.
