Annie's fight against Ewing's Sarcoma

Before I get into my story, I first wanted to say thank you for your support, encouragement, and prayers. My name is Annie Dunham, I'm a 22 years old and was on the cusp of beginning my student teaching semester at Texas State University. However, life has a different plan for me. This past Monday, I was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, an aggressive and rare form of bone cancer.  I am about to begin 9 months of chemotherapy. 

This diagnosis has sent my world spinning and the treatment plan is overwhelming.  Thankfully I have a super supportive family, but there are so many things that just aren't covered by medical insurance.  My ultimate dream in life has always been to be a mom. However, this diagnosis now has me looking at freezing my eggs very soon prior to beginning chemo treatment. I just had to withdraw from college, my final semester, and may not be able to return until Spring 2022. With mounting student loans and the inability to work, bills are multiplying and my journey is just beginning! Any help you are able to provide is greatly appreciated. May God bless each of you.
