Ann's Medical Research Study

My name is Ann Johnson. I had a rare brainstem stroke in 2005 which left me with "Locked In" syndrome. I have been accepted into medical research study at The University of California San Francisco & Berkely for 6 years. All medical expenses are covered by the study, I just need to fund living in the San Francisco Bay area for 6 years. The major Sponsors of this study are the National Institute of Health (NIH) and Facebook Inc..
