Annual Fundraising: Huaxia Chinese School @ Mason

It has been a great tradition and an annual signature event at Hua Xia Chinese School at Mason (“HXCS” or “School”) to celebrate the lunar new year with our families and friends. We would like to extend a warm thank you to everyone who has helped and contributed to the success of these events and the success of our school in the past. In the 2022-2023 school year, we continue to provide 20 language classes and about 10 enrichment classes each school week. Our kids continue to have the opportunity to learn the Chinese language and explore various enrichment opportunities.

2023 lunar new year is just around the corner. HXCS is planning an in-person Open

House event on from 2 PM to 5 PM on Sunday January 22nd, the first day of the 2023 lunar new year to celebrate the lunar new year and to promote our School. Our new year's celebration will continue resolving around our amazing kids. The event will be filled with many booth activities and talent shows by our school members and community friends. It will be FUN! And better yet, it will be FREE for the public to attend!

The goal of this fundraising is to cover the cost of this free Open House event and other related school activities throughout 2023

We welcome donations from any individual, family, or local business in any dollar amount. Details about the School Sponsorship Program are outlined below. 

• Platinum Sponsor: Donations of $1,000 and more will be recognized as Platinum Sponsors during the event and on the School website (hxcsohio.org).

• Gold Sponsor: Donations of $500-$999 will be recognized as Gold Sponsor during the event and on the School website.

• Silver Sponsor: Donations of $100-$499 will be recognized as Silver Sponsors during the event and on the School website.

• All Sponsors: All donations, except the anonymous ones, will be entered into grand prize drawing opportunities to receive mysterious gifts. The lucky winners will be announced upon the conclusion of this fund-raising activity. Please be sure to enter your name and your School Family ID.

• Should you have any other donation ideas (i.e. goods or other payment methods), please reach out to the School Co-Principals or email [email redacted]. We would be happy to discuss a custom sponsorship package with you.
