ANOTHER WORD FOR POMEGRANATE
Donation protected
Another Word For Pomegranate is an original Canadian play full of clowning, puppetry, & heart. Written and performed by Cooper Bilton & Tom Keat this comedy asks us to reflect on whether we create art to save the world or to save ourselves. Directed by emerging artist and comedian Olivia Cameron, this show is vibrant and full of life.
Produced by Desert Island Theatre Co., our company is primarily made up of recent graduates of the George Brown Theatre School. Outside of our one day only send off performance in Toronto (details TBA) our run will take place in Prince Edward Island as apart of the Island Fringe Festival.
As an out of province show our costs are very high (travel, stay, & production costs) and we are looking for help getting this show on the stage.
Our biggest risk will be our our travel expenses too and from PEI. We will have to buy three plane tickets and accommodation for up to 9 days. Any help In much appreciated :)
Some other things your money will be going towards:
- Artist fees
- Rehearsal Spaces
- Props
- Costuming
- Printing
- Festival Fees
