Help Ansa Grace Sijo to pay off her Hospital Bill

Update on 21st May 2023
Ansa is still in the process of recovery after her surgery on March 8, 2023. She had a long hospitalization with multiple trips to the Intensive Care Unit and on a Ventilator couple of times. It has been a very rough journey and the family never anticipated such a thing would ever happen. She is expected to be discharged today but is not out of the woods. She has to stay very close to the hospital just in case she lands into another emergency. This is another additional cost to the family whose home is about 103 km ( About 2.5 hrs drive) from the hospital.
The family anticipated the surgery cost and hospital stay to be around 5 Lakhs ( $6000.00) but ended up with a huge sum of 21 Lakhs ( $25000.00) as you can see from the bill pasted above. Most of it is paid off with help from folks like YOU. We need a little more... I hope you all can chip in and help Ansa's family pay off the hospital expense.
Thank You very much for your kindness and support.
Update on March 21 2023
Just wanted to provide an update about Ansa’s surgery.
First of all thanks to everyone from me and her family for the wholehearted support and your contributions. We contributed about 4.5 L towards her surgery. She went through the procedure as planned and it took about 7 hrs to complete where her appendix and the bladder location were swapped to accommodate space for an external collection bag. She was moved to ICU after the surgery and developed severe complications ( infection, fluid collection in the lungs, pneumonia and so on) and had to go in for a second surgery. During the second surgery, they found a hole through which the fluid was leaking and plugged that. At the same time, removed her appendix as well which took about 4 hrs to complete. She was back in the ICU and had a high running fever . Now got better and was moved out to a special room where they can monitor her. She has very poor sensorium ,infection load is still high and fed through a tube.
Hoping she will get better soon.
Thanks again for your support.
Update:
Ansa is now scheduled for surgery on March 8 2023. Please keep Ansa and her family in your prayers.
Thanks Much for your contribution.

Hello My Name is Noby Joseph .Iam a software engineer working at Oracle, Redwood City raising funds for Ms. Ansa Grace Sijo who is 7 yrs old and diagnosed with a very complex disorder called Tuberous Sclerosis complex (what is tsc ?) . It is one of the devastating diagnosis a child can get and I know what it is like as I have a son of 15 yrs with the same disorder.
Ansa, in addition have several other health issues ( Seizures every day, recurrent UTIs, inability to pass urine and motion, severe ADHD and Neuro psychiatric behavior issues, Autism, Hypertension you name it... She is being looked after by her mom all alone and it has become very hard for her to manage as she has very minimal family support . She is not working and has pledged her parents property to treat her child. It has costed her about 30 Lakhs ( 36000 USD approx) to treat her child believe it or not. This disease has no cure and we can only attempt symptomatic treatments. It is too much for a mom to bear this financial burden in addition to taking care of a child with a severe disorder. she is almost on the verge of giving up.
Ansa, at the moment is admitted at Aster Med city hospital in Kochi, Kerala for the past 30 days and doctors are suggesting to go through a surgery that may help in fixing part of her problems. The procedure is called Mitrofanoff + Colosotomy which is a procedure done under General Anaesthesia . The hospital is quoting about 5000 USD for the procedure it self and possible additional costs for the ICU/hospital stay and any additional issues they need to deal with.
I know this family very well and I visited them them for the last Christmas in India. They are a very poor family trying to make ends meet and now with all these medical issues they need to deal with, there is additional financial burden on them. There are no good hospitals in their home town and have to travel about 2 hrs to get to one. This is the right time we can all pitch in with a small contribution. Believe me no contribution is small . Anything you can spare will be much appreciated.
I will attach the letter from the hospital to this fundraiser . Feel free to reach out to me ( ([email redacted]) with any questions you may have. We want to put a smile on the face of this poor family.
Thank You so much for reading and Thanks in adance for any contribution.
