In loving memory of Tony Aponte who tragically passed on May 30, 2020.
Tony was a very devoted father of Ariella, beloved son of Julio and Kim, and cherished sibling of Michael and Liz.
Although Ariella was the center of Tony's universe, he also found happiness in fitness, music, specifically rap, dazzling the masses with his flawless dance moves, and exploring his adventurous side with buddies.
Tony always tried to strike a work / life balance. Though he demonstrated intense dedication in many years at Fidelity Capital Markets, Tony's keen sense of humor did not go unnoticed by colleagues.
Tony left us far too soon, but there is much to celebrate about his 47 years on this earth. We hope you find solace in your favorite memories of him. We are sure Tony is at peace above, hoping we can find the same below.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family requests that contributions be made towards this fund created for Ariella's education, overseen by her mother, Cindy.
Tony's sister, Liz, shared sentiments that will resonate with those who knew him: "Tony was the most loyal brother and son anyone could ask for, I knew in a time of need, Tony would be there for me, no questions asked. Then, as I watched him become a father, it was a joy to see him discover a whole new level of love and devotion. His love for Ariella was truly boundless. I will miss you forever, Tony, and will carry you in my heart always.”
