Anthony Hall's Medical Fund

This page is set up for my uncle, a man I look up to, a man of God, a father, husband and provider.  My uncle Anthony Hall was diagnosed with congestive heart failure back in 2008, and survived until last fall on medication alone.  He begin to experience symptoms such as shortness of breath, constant fatigue and an inability to walk very far (5-10 steps) without having to stop let alone walk up a flight of stairs. In September he learned that he needed a new heart, and in November he underwent open heart surgery.  "Unc" now has an LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device) pump attached to his heart, which keeps him alive while he awaits his heart transplant. He's currently on the list for a transplant, and is awaiting a donor.  He's been unable to work since September despite medical bills exceeding $900,000.  His wife of 16 years, my aunt Tishna Hall, now provides the family’s only income, and has been since November of 2016.  My cousins, their sons, Aaron, 13, and Avery, 12, have maintained good grades and strong attitudes despite their father’s state.  My uncle has taught the Bible for over 20 years, and his family prevails by staying grounded in faith.  One of my fondest memories of him was when he served as a guest preacher at my church when I was about 12 years old. He gave a sermon titled "A Glimpse of Heaven".  His message and the way he conveyed it resonated with me, helping me understand that earthly possessions are not comparable to what Heaven has to offer, while also providing a positive male influence outside of my own dad.  Unc's ability to reach and teach young men for many years now keeps me hopeful for Aaron and Avery's future.  His value as a father, husband, and leader in the community outweighs the income he once delivered for his family. But as financial issues continue to mount; we hope to raise $50,000, which will help offset living expenses, plus new health-related expenses not covered by his insurance, since his is unable to work at this time.  Any donation is greatly appreciated.  Thank you and God Bless.
