Anthony’s TBI (Car wreck) recovery

Anthony passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, gaining his wings on 12/11/18. Thank you to everyone who joined us in this fight, you helped his parents be with him nearly every day of his fight. Thank you.
My 16 year old son, Anthony LaFrenier was a passenger in a horrific wreck weeks ago in Mobile, Alabama. On the suggestion of one of my dear friends, I am starting a go fund me to help me and my family stay with him as he recovers in Atlanta, Georgia. Family support is key to recovery, our goal is to be with him every single day thru his therapies, as we have been. Your help will keep this going. He does not have a discharge date from the Shepherd Center, and that is a good thing as he is making progress. He is still minimally conscious (in a coma), at one of the best TBI (traumatic brain injury) centers in the country...the Shepherd Center in Atlanta. I live in Jacksonville, FL currently on Active Duty (Navy) at NAS JAX. I have supported our own costs to be with him nearly every day for the last 7 weeks but the costs are becoming more than we are able to support. I have no idea what the follow on costs will be, but have estimated on what I’ve already spent and to continue the next 4 -6 months. He is a Mobile County Sheriffs department explorer and NJROTC at Davidson high school. He is a great kid and this accident was in no way his fault as he is the most safety conscious 16 year old you could ever meet. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
