My name is Dorothy. One year ago, our lives were changed forever.

My son Anthony (Antoś) suffered a brain aneurysm at 33 years old. He had two major surgeries upon arriving at the hospital and suffered a stroke during the second operation. He was left paralyzed on the entire left side of his body. He cannot use any muscles on the left side of his body and needs constant care and support.

As parents, we did not want to put him into a nursing home or group home as we wanted him to be able to live at home with us. To accommodate his needs, we will need to get him a wheelchair, a lift, and much other medical equipment to help him in his everyday life.

The proceeds of this gofundme will go directly to his medical expenses and costs for change of living arrangements. We are extremely grateful for any donation amount and are not looking to meet a certain goal, rather thankful for anything we do receive for Anthony (Antoś). Everything we do is for him.
