Many knew him as the Archery Chef, a passionate chef with his bow in hand.
My brother noted himself as “a Fighter a Father and Archer and a Friend”.
He was much, much more….
Anthony was a loyal son, devoted father, loving brother and beloved husband. Tony was a dear friend to many. He was loved by everyone who knew him and will be terribly missed.
His passing was sudden and unexpected due to a hemorrhagic stroke. Anthony leaves behind his wife Vicky and his kids Nicole (21) & Anthony Jr. (19). His children are both gifted musicians and wonderful students. They will continue their college studies, something that was very important to their father.
We are overwhelmed with the support and care everyone has shown as his spirit still lives within everyone he has touched.
[UPDATE Aug 6, 2020]
We memorialised Anthony’s life in a beautiful ceremony yesterday. It was wonderful how many shared their loving memories as a tribute to my brother.
Many of you know that I live in Italy, therefore, it was impossible for me to be present in NJ due to the current pandemic situation, only via video. How I wish I could be with my family during this trying moment….
Since his passing, I did not understand the magnitude of the financial burden my bother’s family has to face. Through the tears and pain of loosing Anthony, it was only after the funeral late last night that was I able to speak with my family at length. What started out as a simple gesture on my part by creating his Memorial Fund, I have learned it is more a necessity.
I have now raised the target in order to help ease the challenge Anthony’s family is faced with now that he is gone. Please consider contributing to help my brother’s family grieve their loss and ease the burden of their financial future. All proceeds will go towards funeral expenses, immediate needs of his family, and possibly a college fund for his kids.
All the love is more than appreciated.
With loving gratitude,
Mary Jo (sister)
