Anthony's Surgery & Hospitalization

Donation protected
My dear friend Anthony Potter (husband of my "adopted" British brother, Aaron Ellis) has battled Type 1 Diabetes since he was 17, and last month, he caught a horrible stomach flu. As his body focused on battling the flu, it was unable to control his blood sugar and he was hospitalized on Monday after developing a diabetic foot ulcer. Unfortunately, the hospital had difficulty stabilizing his blood sugar, and the complications worsened and the infection spread to the bone.

Tragically, because of this, he may be facing the amputation of his big toe. He is being transferred to another hospital today where he will undergo the procedure. The surgeons will attempt to save as much of the foot as they can, and we are praying that they'll be successful so they can avoid the amputation altogether.

At the moment, Anthony is the only source of income while Aaron awaits his work visa, and with him unable to work, the hospital and surgery bills and their rent are more than they can cover alone.

I set up this page to help my dear friends in this difficult time, and am asking for friends and family to join my effort. Any donations and sharing this link will help them out immensely and will be greatly appreciated. If you are unable to donate, please send Anthony & Aaron lots of loving and good thoughts and keep them in your prayers.
