His passion and unwavering devotion to help others manifests itself in many forms. This loyalty is most apparent in volunteering to help the next generation of bicyclists, and a determined dedication of all humble resources to his sister and her continuing bouts with cancer.
Unfortunately devastating and unexpected events can happen to great people, and Anthony has suffered 2 days that nobody should have to endure.
Just 1 day after losing his best friend, Rufus the dog, Anthony crashed at Stage 2 of Tour of Gila. He was transported from the scene and airlifted to El Paso, Texas where he was diagnosed with a shattered pelvis.
