Anubis Needs Surgery for Breast Cancer
Donation protected
Hello, All. We come once again to beseech the world for help. Our dearest dog, Anubis, the light of our lives and the most wonderful tripod in the world has once again found herself in desperate need of medical intervention. When we found her, Anubis was already injured and needed to have her back left leg amputated. After recovering from that, she once again needed surgery to remove an infectious weed from her forepaw. However, these setbacks have not slowed her down in the slightest. She enjoys long walks, gentle scratches behind the ears and playing fetch in the local dog parks. To us she is an irreplaceable family member whose presence offers a daily reminder of the tenacity and strength of our four legged comrades. Unfortunately, once again, she finds herself in need of surgical intervention.
In early November, Anubis was diagnosed with a cystic mammary epithelial tumor which if left untreated, could metastasize and spread to other organ systems. It is imperative that she receive surgery, which is unfortunately a costly investment of six thousand dollars. However, we are incredibly fortunate that half of it will be covered by insurance. It would mean the world to both Anubis and her family, if you could support us through this difficult time. Whatever donation you can offer will go straight to her medical bills and post op care. Words cannot express the deep gratitude for all that have supported Anubis in this time.
