Any Help for The Bolger Family

Hello there! My name is Mackenzie Bolger, and my husband is Zach Bolger… This GoFundMe is for him, he is unaware I made it.

Zach's dad, David, was diagnosed with cancer towards the beginning of this year. When Zach found this out he dropped everything, and went full time into helping his mom to take care of his dad. For the last year, Zach has been helping take care of David almost every single day, for anywhere between 6 and 12 hours a day. They worked tirelessly throughout the year to get him the best treatment they could. Sometimes this meant driving him to Vegas for weeks on end, and sometimes it was just being at his side holding his hand.

However peacefully, David did end up passing away on 12/01. He has left behind a family that is grateful beyond words to have known and loved him, and a magnitude of individuals who were impacted by him.

That said, it’s no secret that periods like this also cause a financial hardship for those closest involved. And with Zach having dropped everything for a year in order to help his dad, getting right back into the flow of things is a bit hard. With bills still coming in, my hope with this GoFund Me is to help ease a bit of that difficulty for Zach while he works to wrap up the last odds and ends from the passing and then transition back into the workaday world (all while learning to navigate what life looks like now without his best friend).

Whatever you can give, is so beyond appreciated, and even if you can’t… all thoughts and prayers are appreciated as well.
