Hi, my name is Justin. I am raising funds for the care of and after care of my mother.

my mother is a South African national, I live in the UK.

last Tuesday I was called and notified of serious injuries she had suffered I was told it was a fall.

we have come to realise it was a very serious assault, they stole money from her and continued to whilst she was in hospital. still a week later she’s is in critical condition in a state hospital. She has suffered infections and pneumonia whilst in hospital and in the condition she’s in so these issues have had to be dealt with before they can even consider the surgery she will require.

my mother is a 59year old single woman, the injuries she has suffered are horrific, And left her without the use of her left arm or her right hand she is very confused still too.

her left shoulder is completely shattered, her left arm is broken in three places, her right hand is broken at the fingers and she is black and blue all over she had a bleed on the brain but I think the doctors have dealt with that, due to her infection and pneumonia they have been forced to treat them before the broken bones she has been under iv drip for the past week also a cafeter fitted.

I had to fly over last week on an emergency to try be a moral support to her and my family and to be there with my mother.

whilst there I had to hire a car for us to be able to get to her in hospital, due to funds running low I have yesterday had to return back to the UK.

I have come back and got together all funds I possibly can to send back for my family to continue to hire a car to get to her in the hospital.

the hire will run out in a few days.

I have started a go fund me to try help my family to continue to get to her at the hospital whilst she is there and for the after care when she comes out. She has been left with no use of her left arm so far, and possibly for the foreseeable future.

she needs support and I’m stuck now not being able to help or support any more until I earn more.

the reason for the go fund me is to either hire or purchase a car to help my family to do this as none of them have a vehicle themselves.

I don’t like the fact I’ve had to have to ask for any help but I’m trying my best to just support my mother and family any way possibly I can.
