3 Cheers for 30 Years!

Founded in 1991 to mitigate the near elimination of arts programs in California public schools, P.S. ARTS’ mission is to advance equity and opportunity for children and youth by providing arts education in public schools and communities. Since our founding 30 years ago, P.S. ARTS has grown from serving 285 students in one school to serving 25,000 students and 5,000 parents and community members in more than 50 schools. In the 2021-2022 school year, P.S. ARTS will focus on addressing learning loss and social emotional wellbeing as students head back into classrooms.
