Apoya a mis abuelos Milagros y Fide en su Nuevo Co

Imaginen lo que significa empezar de cero a los 70 años. Mis abuelos han tenido que enfrentar esta dura realidad después de que un incendio les arrebatara su hogar el pasado lunes 10 de junio en los apartamentos Temple Courts, ubicados en 431 NW 3rd St, Miami, FL 33128.

Ese no era solo un edificio para personas de la tercera edad; era el hogar de nuestra familia. El lugar que me acogía en los días tristes, donde nos reuníamos para reír y disfrutar de momentos juntos, el hogar de nuestra querida matrona.

Mi nombre es Hansel Porras García y escribo este mensaje en nombre de mis abuelos, Milagros y Fide, quienes han perdido todo lo que con tanto esfuerzo han logrado construir en estos últimos años, y en nombre de nuestra familia que está devastada por la pérdida de ese hogar que tantas veces nos unió.

Agradecemos a Dios que no se perdió lo más importante: la vida. Sin embargo, en estos momentos en que nuestra familia busca la manera de sobrellevar esta difícil situación, pedimos a familiares y amigos que donen lo que les sea posible para ayudar a mis abuelos a comenzar de cero, otra vez.

Estamos atravesando un proceso muy difícil y necesitamos la ayuda de nuestros seres queridos para hacerlo menos doloroso. Agradecemos de antemano cualquier apoyo que puedan brindarnos.

Imagine what it means to start from scratch at 70 years old. My grandparents have had to face this harsh reality after a fire took their home on Monday, June 10th, at the Temple Courts Apartments, located at 431 NW 3rd St, Miami, FL 33128.

This wasn't just a building for the elderly; it was the home of our family. The place that welcomed me on sad days, where we gathered to laugh and enjoy moments together, the home of our beloved matriarch.

My name is Hansel Porras García, and I am writing this message on behalf of my grandparents, Milagros and Fide, who have lost everything they have worked so hard to build in these recent years, and on behalf of our family, who are devastated by the loss of the home that united us so many times.

We thank God that the most important thing, life, was not lost. However, in these moments as our family looks for ways to cope with this difficult situation, we ask family and friends to donate whatever they can to help my grandparents start from scratch, once again.

We are going through a very difficult time and need the help of our loved ones to make it less painful. We thank you in advance for any support you can provide.
