Appellate attorney expenses

Hi, we are Wade and Elizabeth Alcorn fundraising for Appellate attorney expenses in our court case. Our daughter, Ellie(4y.o), was severely abused at 4 months old by her biological mother causing a fractured skull, several brain bleeds, a deflated lung, and many bruises all over her body. It was a miracle she survived. On February 16th we went to court to remove her parental rights so Elizabeth can adopt her as she’s been in her life since she was a year old and won. Parental rights were removed but now the biological incubator is appealing the removal of her parental rights. A retainer, filing fees and hourly rates are too much for us to afford so we are asking the help of loved ones to help us afford an appellate attorney that will permanently remove her parental rights. We really appreciate any help with donations to finally win this case and move on from the mental torment caused by the biological mother.
