I’m Fred, and I’m working to launch Applecross Farm Field to Table, a high-quality, ethical meat supplier that connects people directly with naturally raised, heritage-breed meat from local farmers who prioritize animal welfare.

To get this off the ground, we need your help to build a fully equipped fulfilment and processing space—allowing us to handle, pack, and deliver high-quality, ethically sourced meat straight to customers.

What We Need

To launch, we need to raise £22,500, covering:

✅ A fulfilment room (£3,000) – a clean, food-safe space for packing orders.

✅ Packing & labeling equipment (£1,500) – label machines, tape, insulation, and cardboard boxes.

✅ A fridge & freezer system (£3,500) – temperature-controlled storage with data loggers to ensure full food safety compliance and certification.

✅ A fully equipped kitchen (£10,000) – converting a shipping container into a professional kitchen for producing top-quality sausages, bacon, and refined cuts.

✅ Website & marketing (£4,500) – a high-quality website, social media content, and promotional materials to reach customers and build a sustainable business.
