Appo High School Unified - 2023 Basketball Champs

The DIAA and Special Olympics Delaware have partnered to promote Unified Sports in the sports of flag football, basketball, and track and field. Through this partnership, high school students with and without disabilities train and compete on the same team in the Unified Sports division.

Though the schools recognize these exceptional student-athletes the unified programs are grossly underfunded compared to their non-unified counterparts. We are putting together this fundraiser so that these wonderful kids can have a championship banquet recognizing this incredible accomplishment. All proceeds will pay for the banquet, and championship rings. The balance of the funds will be used to pay for uniforms and athletic equipment for the rest of the Unified Sports Program.
