April is a working wife and mother to a very active 12 yr old Girl Scout, cheerleader and member of the school band. Her and her husband (William) both work to provide for their family.
Recently April was diagnosed with a medical condition requiring major oral surgery involving surgical removal of parts of her tongue, jaw as well as a lot of the surrounding area.
April has insurance from her work but having less than a year at this new job does not afford her any short term disability. She will require quite a bit of time off from work for recovery and rehabilitation without pay and the co-pays on the hospital, doctors and rehab will far exceed the small amount her family has put aside for emergencies.
I am her very proud "Uncle David" and I'm setting this fund up in hopes of having one place family and friends can use to donate to help her.
I've set a goal of $5,000 but I'm sure the need will be much more.
Above all, they can use your prayers that surgery will be successful for continued health in her future.
