I have been having female issues for many years. I have been speaking with my doctor about needing surgery for a few years, but I have come to the point to where I an not deal with the pain any longer.
I am scheduled to have surgery this month. I am in need of some assistance from family and friends to help pay for the surgery as well as the time off from work.
