Peppa's Recovery
Donation protected
Hi,
My name is Eira and I recently went through a rover sitter nightmare. Peppa was lost. My dog Peppa went missing under the care of a Rover sitter named Tracey. Despite Tracey's assurances of a secure yard and constant supervision, Peppa escaped within hours of dropping her off. Tracey provided conflicting information about her location, and upon investigation, her property was not as secure as promised. After an extensive search, I discovered Tracey's deceitful practices, including her ban from Rover and subsequent reentry under a different account.
Her lies about assistance from neighbors and questionable business practices reveal a pattern of negligence. Tracey's uncooperative attitude, refusal to share video evidence, and attempts to involve the police have further complicated the situation. I've invested time, money, and effort into the search for Peppa, and the lack of accountability from Tracey and Rover is distressing. This situation highlights the need for transparency and accountability in pet care services.
I recieved a call from a neighbor in a location 10 miles from where she was lost. My dog, Peppa, was found on the side of the road with her back legs not working and injuries to her spinal cord. She was stuck in bobwire and crawled to me as we were searching for her. The doctor diagnosed her legs as paralyzed and will require a lot of care and surgeries. I want to thank you so much for everyone's support, care, prayers, and the love felt for Peppa. If you can support in anyway, I'm forever grateful.
Updates: Peppa's vitals are good, she is being hospitalized for two days due to critical condition. She has been diagnosed with paralysis and loss of feeling as well as a fractured tooth.
