Help me get her back

Hi. My name is Joline, this is for getting my dog back. The place that has her is saying I have to pay a fee for her to be returned to me. I don't have the money to pay the fee. Lilly is my service dog, Im epileptic. She has saved me numerous times to warn me before a have a seizure or even during one. I have had her since she was a baby. Recently she got out while I went down the street to the store by accident. Usually I take her with me everywhere but this was just a quick trip to the store, when I got back my roommate left the door open while working in the garage. Lilly was gone (probably went looking for me)...I've been looking for her every day thankfully someone did turn her into a shelter and I was notified. Unfortunately the fee to get her back is more then I can afford, please help me any donations would help greatly. Thankyou for your time in reading this.
